Rollup issues?

On a fresh install of WB 6 on Vista using only the included WB skins, I'm seeing strange rollup behavior. Regardless of WB skin used, on right click, I'm seeing the system menu then upon w/another click (right or left) the skin will rollup usually with the system menu appearing again in the titlebar area. Problem is that the window can then get into a loop of rollup then unroll with any type of click. When this happens I can resize the window with the mouse but the min/max titlebar buttons don't work but the close button does. After closing its back to normal until I right click.

This behavior occurs with explorer windows and Outlook 2007 windows but does not seem to occur to Word 2007 nor Firefox????

I have set WB to rollup on right click and always on top for double click. When set to "show system menu" there are no issues (but no rollup either...)
